A Sunstone Grill Jacket is a precision-formed stainless steel surround that frames your grill or burner appliance and integrates it cleanly into a stone, concrete, or masonry island. Jackets can be combined — a grill jacket next to a side burner jacket — to create one unified, professional-looking cutout without gaps or exposed edges.

Each Sunstone jacket has a fixed sleeve opening. If your grill or burner cut-out falls within the minimum and maximum range shown below, it will fit inside that jacket. How to measure: Measure your grill or burner appliance's body width and height (not the flange/lip). If the measurement falls between the minimum and maximum cut-out range for a jacket, that jacket will fit. When in doubt, choose the next size up — the 6" Divider (SUNJKDIV6) can fill any small gap between adjacent jackets. These jackets work with Sunstone appliances and many popular brands including Weber, Coyote, DCS, Lynx, Blaze, Summerset, Napoleon, Bull, and more.

The SUN3BJK, SUN4BJK, and SUN5BJK are legacy jacket models designed exclusively for the original SUN Gas Grill classic series. These are an older design and are currently on clearance. They are not interchangeable with the newer Universal Appliance Jackets above.

Original SUN Grill Jacket Models
The SUN3BJK, SUN4BJK, and SUN5BJK were designed exclusively for the classic SUN Gas Grill series and are a different design from the current Universal Appliance Jackets. If you own an original SUN Gas Grill and need a replacement jacket, these are the correct models. They are currently on clearance while supplies last.
